    About Rears Manufacturing Company

    Brothers Garf, Hugh, and Jim Rear founded Rears Manufacturing Company in 1949. The company got its start in Eugene, Oregon, fabricating machinery for local farmers located in the Willamette Valley, a region in the Pacific Northwest known for its wineries. Rears eventually went on to develop sprayers and other farm and orchard equipment. After years of growth, the company moved to its current location in Coburg, Oregon, where it serves U.S. and international customers.

    Rears Manufacturing produces a wide range of products designed to aid in specialty crop production, including sprayers, blowers, citrus booms, flail mowers, shredders, brush sweepers, and more. Specific models include the Pul-Blast and Pul-Tank pull-type sprayers and the Pak-Tank and Nifty series of three-point-mounted orchard sprayers. In addition to specific product lines, Rears also operates a shop featuring welding fabrication, painting, and other services involved in building custom tanks and equipment.
