The Digger Shaker Inverter is another KMC product; it is available in two- to eight-row versions that support 30- to 40-inch (76- to 102-centimeter-row patterns. The eight-row edition features a rigid frame. The carts can also be used to transport harvested crops including grain, sorghum, produce, carrots, and others. The 750-cubic-foot Model 4815 and 950-cubic-foot Model 4830 are strictly for use in harvesting peanuts and they have extra screens for a cleaner crop. Depending on model, all KMC carts have a dump height of 15 feet, 5 inches (4.7 meters) to 16 feet 1 inch (4.9 meters), with left or right dumping determinable via a reversible tongue.
Kelley’s Vine Conditioner gently lifts windrows of unearthed peanut plants, allowing air to circulate and dirt to fall out, and lays them back down to continue the drying process. There are two six-row models available: a folding conditioner for 36- to 38-inch (91- to 96.5-centimeter) rows, and a rigid version for 30-inch (76-centimeter) spacing. The company has a four-row, 36- to 38-inch model as well. KMC also offers the Vine Lifter for peanut windrows that have been rained on and are sticking to the crust of the soil. The two- and six-row Vine Lifters use horizontal blades to scrape underneath the vines and free them from the crust to finish drying. This makes it easier for the harvester to pick up as many peanuts as possible, which equals higher yields.
