Extensive Equipment Lineup

Exact’s lineup of harvesting systems consists of shakers, sweepers, conditioners, herbicide sprayers, and harvesters, as well as a number of E-Cab Custom Orchard Cabs designed to work with several popular families of John Deere tractors. E-Cab models include the 5100GN, 5000M, 5000ML, 6000, and 6000M IT4; they are designed to protect operators and prevent damage to low-hanging fruit and branches. The company’s harvester line includes the E7000 SP, E-4000, E-3800, and E-3500; it also offers E-250 and E-380 E-Z Prep conditioners, the E-1155 sweeper, the E-6000 shaker, and the E-5000 sprayer.

The Exact E-1155 sweeper features a 4.5-liter John Deere PowerTech engine and an air-conditioned cab, as well as 30-gallon fuel tank, and has a hydraulic oil capacity of 43 gallons. Another popular Exact model, the E-250 E-Z Prep conditioner, collects sticks, leaves, and other debris and places it at the end of the row for easier removal. Conditioned almonds dry faster, so you can pick them up sooner and get back to irrigating your trees.
