It is equipped with a 100×100 mm compact frame and with tractor coupling cat.1 or 2. Disc-O-Vigne is fitted with an Agrisem 3D security system with percussion spring 30x30 mm. This maintenance-free security ensures an exceptional penetration in the soil even in dry conditions and a homogeneous working depth on all the widths. Mulcher discs assembled on the Disc-O-Vigne are twice more efficient than traditional serrated discs. Indeed, these discs keep an aggressive profile throughout their use and allow a good penetration in hard conditions as well as a better mincing of weeds. The machine is equipped with high security and maintenance-free hubs. This model is available from 1,00m to 2,20 m and can be equipped as an option with four more discs to increase the working width of 50 cm. The machine can also be equipped with 1 to 3 front blades to loosen the soil where the tractor wheels (2 lateral blades) and/or straddle tractor (1 central blade) are passed. The Disc-O-Vigne is especially suitable for mechanical weeds control on inter-rows with a perfect levelling of the soil surface to allow an easy passage, with a straddle tractor, in the inter-row.
