LivestockMarket and EquineMarket bring Sandhills Global’s marketing muscle to sellers of farm animals, horses, feed, and more.

Buyers and sellers of livestock, horses, and hay have a wide range of needs. LivestockMarket and EquineMarket are comprehensive resources that check all the boxes with private treaty sales, online and on-site auctions, and demonstrably effective marketing tools.

And now, beginning with the May 1, 2026, issue, LivestockMarket / EquineMarket magazine is doubling its print schedule with a new issue every two weeks instead of every four.

    All Species & Breeds

LivestockMarket and EquineMarket bring Sandhills Global’s marketing muscle to producers of farm animals, horses, feed, and more.

LivestockMarket is the go-to platform for commercial, seed stock, and show-stock animals, including cattle, swine, goats, alpacas, sheep, and more. EquineMarket showcases horses of all breeds and disciplines, including ranch, trail, and performance, as well as ponies, miniatures, donkeys, and mules.

LivestockMarket / EquineMarket magazine is mailed nationwide every two weeks (as of May 2026) to a keenly interested audience of buyers. EquineMarket.com editorial ads give horse breeders, stallion stations, trainers, and private sellers a powerful marketing platform for showcasing special animals.

Both LivestockMarket.com and EquineMarket.com make it easy for buyers to find the exact type of animal or feed they’re looking for. The sites’ powerful, yet user-friendly search features include plain-language keyword search, easy category drill-down, and faceted search filters to help buyers narrow down their results. Mobile apps for both are available on Apple’s App Store and Google Play.

    Reach Buyers Directly

LivestockMarket and EquineMarket share a print publication that reaches active buyers where they live and work. The magazine combines ads from both platforms in a high-quality format with nationwide distribution.

Due to rapid growth—one recent issue swelled to 184 pages—the LivestockMarket / EquineMarket trade publication is accelerating its print frequency to a biweekly schedule this May. The combination of print and online exposure ensures sellers reach the largest possible buying audience.

A Better Way To Buy & Sell

Sellers appreciate that it doesn’t cost anything to upload up to 40 videos and photos per lot on both websites. The sites also provide free access to inventory and sales management tools in the Sandhills Cloud.

Every horse listing added to EquineMarket.com is simultaneously cross-posted on LivestockMarket.com. For even greater online exposure, the highly popular TractorHouse.com includes homepage links to the livestock brand websites.

Each listing includes a Get Shipping Quotes button linked to FR8Star, which lets buyers book transport with professional haulers experienced in safely transporting livestock, horses, and more. Additionally, the LivestockMarket.com and EquineMarket.com homepages feature links to farm animal equipment, horse and livestock trailers, and trucks for sale on other Sandhills sites.

    How To Advertise

To deliver the best sales results, advertising with LivestockMarket or EquineMarket combines print ads with online listings on the sites and apps. Ads range from single-lot photo listings to multi-page, full-page, half-page, and quarter-page ads to showcase your operation and genetics. Each animal shown in print receives a featured listing online.

To highlight a special animal, try an attention-grabbing editorial ad with a large photo. Full-page and half-page editorial ads are particularly effective because they come with a premium listing at the top of category and search pages online.

Livestock and horses being sold on auction appear online after premium listings, followed by featured listings from priority page ads (front cover, back cover, centerfold, and inside cover and facing pages).

Next come other featured listings from photo listings, multi-page spreads, full pages, half pages, and quarter pages. If you advertise consistently in LivestockMarket / EquineMarket, you can list the rest of your animals and related items as

general listings online at no extra cost.

    Easier, More Profitable Auctions

Auction options for sellers include AuctionTime.com for online-only sales and Equipmentfacts.com for livestreaming on-site auctions such as production sales. Animals can “sell where they are,” with no stress or expense of transporting them prior to the sale.

AuctionTime holds online auctions every Wednesday, with special livestock, horse, and hay sales each month (see the auction calendar sidebar). Sellers can put livestock and feed up for sale on any date without having to go through an auctioneer. AuctionTime welcomes smaller lot sizes and doesn’t require feeder cattle to be sold in load lots.

Equipmentfacts expands the bidding pool for in-person auctions with live simulcasting and internet bidding. For production sales, sellers only pay a modest, post-sale fee for the total value of each lot sold online, with no upfront fee, and for less than half the price of most sale barns.

LivestockMarket and EquineMarket auction listings are cross-posted to AuctionTime.com and Equipmentfacts.com, topping the page in their category.

    Digital Marketing Power

Sellers can also advertise digitally using email blasts and banner ads in specific animal categories online. Also, if you let Sandhills host your website (which includes a free, custom site design), it can benefit from additional buyer traffic on LivestockMarket.com and EquineMarket.com.
